Description Taking advantage of interactive training in teacher s preparation for forming of healthy relationship between children Technology of psychological and social training on the basis of active interactive teaching is started to be a constituent of teacher s preparation. In our speech we would like to introduce some experiences with application of so called interactive training with a view to the heightening of sociology-occupation teachers qualification in a part of improving of interpersonal relationships. Way out our thoughts there is a theory of active-social teaching. The objective is development of social skills for teacher s succeses in influencing of school classroom climate and enterprise and development of healthy relationship between children. Factualy these skills are: A. skill to initiate, to take up again, to elaborate and to influence relationship between people, to affect an other people, to promote ones interest in and make ones influence felt without disturbing of home-rule and activities of other people. B. social dexterity = competention to direct and to develop a justification interaktion in adequate social situation for needs and interests of individuals, who are taking part in this action. C. skill to create some plans, tactics and strategy of social action D. skill to realize ( to initiate and to regulate) an social activities E. skill to behave and to treat to all components of expression make up the harmony and an individual signalls a real intention to the surroundings ( boily hot and authenticly). F. skill to keep looking one s interactive style in context of its possible consequence in a pedagogical context. This account will be intented on looking for a way for development of these social skills of the intending teachers in a context so called three dimensional approach to occupational preparation. In this account will be presented an actual results of contemporary inquiry into the self-appreciation of teacher s preparedness for development of healthy relation between students and identification of factors which intervene to this action by the teacher s opinions in practice.
