Description The contribution is focused to prosociable behaviour of kids and teenagers in a school context. Schoolchildren and teenagers should be able to some extent to help others without anticipating any reward. To promote prosociable behaviour is possible use of intentional and also non-intentional methods and ways by targeted activities and creating facilitating atmosphere. For both ways teachers need to know theoretical resources, for example motivations for personal advancements, psychological context of moral evolution etc.
