| Description | This paper is about the topic of age discrimination and the antidiscrimination legislation in EU. The age discrimination is introduced as a result of ageism and demographic changes. In the paper there is also an overview of an antidiscrimination legislation (based on age) devided into three ways, how an every member state deal with the task of nondiscrimination based on common european directives. |
