Description | The objective of this paper is to substantiate the significance of implementation of providing psychosocial and spiritual support into the everyday practice in social care institutions, and to embed the conception of support in the context of current efforts to deepen quality of life and well-being of people - namely social (and health) workers on the one hand, and their clients on the other hand. The author further tries to point out the connection of psychosocial and spiritual competences formation with that, what M. Scott Peck terms civility, and what we may understand synonymously as psychosocial and spiritual culture of a person and his/her life. |
