| Description | This paper deals with relationship between national socialistic authoritarianism and the roman law in the period of the Third Reich. It described especially the creation and importance of article 19 of the NSDAP programme which required replacement of the roman law by german common law. The authors mention approaches of Nazi ideologists and juristic theorists who criticized the roman law and protect german Romanists who faced to these Nazi attacks. |
