Description	The aim of this chapter is to identify characteristics of institutional framework at a national state level which may influence strategies and preferences of employers on the subject of social policy, indrustrial relations, and therefore of new social risks solving as well. The article also aims to describe institutional framework for employers decision-making concerning mentioned subjects in the Czech Republic.
