The globalisation has impact on European culture. post-modern theory of multipliculturalism was promoted after 1970s but now is perceived as failed. Europe is shared by major and minor nations, only some of which live in ,,national states". The situation in Czech Republic has been focused for many years on dispersed Roma community living there together with Czechs.
