| Description | Health Education field of study has been already taught separately for five years in the Faculty of Education, Masaryk university. The aim of the survey was to determine what is the opinion of current and future teachers of the separate existence of the Health education field of study in the Faculty of Education or in elementary schools. The anonymous questionnaires were used. The teachers from Faculty of Education, teachers from basic schools, students from Faculty of Education and students from secondary schools were asked. It was found out that students studying Teaching profession and students from secondary schools think that separate existence of the Health edcuation field of study is necessary. Also the younger teachers (younger than 45 years) maintain the same position. On the other hand, elderly teachers have a problem with this new discipline. Moreover,these facts show that separate existence of Health Education field of study is reasonable. |
