Description Although the conference based on the research intention of the Department for Special Education at Masaryk University in Brno in 2009 deals with the special needs of pupils in the context of the Framework Education Programme for Basic Education, I would like to contribute to the topic Education of socially disadvantaged children with a report about educating sociálky disadvantaged children outside of the Czech Republic and Europe. Namely, my target is Africa. The article covers education of African children and the basic support dominy from European countries, which is very important in that region. The emphasis is not on the educational process itself but on creating conditions for educating children in Africa. There is a great need for support and help in poor African countries. To be more specific, the article focuses on hearing impaired children. The results have been obtained during a theoretical research.
