Description The paper is concerned with the metodics of work in early care centre for children with hearing impairment in Germany. Data were collected in early care centre (Frühförderung) by institution Hör-Sprachzentrum Heidelberg/Neckargemünd, Staatliche Schule für Gehörlose, Schwerhörige und Sprachbehinderte in Heidelberg, Germany. The article is also concerned with the special pedagogy counseling, with work in children audiology counseling services and early care centres for children with hearing impairment and their families, teachers and educators. The results have been obtained during a part research in the field of communicative competences of pupils at primary schools for hearing impaired.
