Description | Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization has shown that CB2 is present both in the DRG neurons and satellite cells after unilateral nerve damage to a peripheral nerve. However the signal was higher ipsilaterally then contralaterally. The changes in CBR2 synthesis and distribution in the DRG cells could play important role in sensitivity of the damaged nerve. |
