Description | The paper deals with problems of stylistic and interactive education at elementary schools with socially disadvantaged pupils. Causes for social disadvantage are numerous; the paper pays particular attention to multicultural situation in a class. In a common multi-ethnic class educational work will have to focus to the following issues: 1. To consider all the factors of interactive situation and taking them into account to think out and use concrete forms and methods of work. 2. To boost confidence of pupils and remove mental barriers which make development of interactive skills more difficult. 3. To guarantee improvement of pupils knowledge about a different ethnic group. 4. To develop knowledge of Czech language, lead pupils to fluent and cultivated communication and gradually help them overcome a possible language barrier. |
