Description The paper deals with the aspects of media communication and with the demand of media literacy developing. The author defines media communication, media literacy and media education and presents conceptual framework for media education of Eddie Dick. Attention will be given to the research which sets the target to find out the relation between conception and realization of the media education in the Czech Republic.
