| Description | In the year 2005 the Municipal Office of Benešov placed a duty on the Forest of Czech Republic to care for the monument Stará Dubá under the States Monuments Preservation Act. There is no principle "Superficies solo cedit" in the czech legal order, and therefor is possible, that the owner of a building and the owner of a land are different. The question is - is the ruin of a castle a building, or a part of land |
