Description The research study that was carried on under the framework of the Faculty of education, Masaryk University, in the context of Basic educational framework in the primary education, forms a follow up study for the previous quality research and previous papers. One of these was published last year under the name Education of Pupils with Social Disadvantage from Teachers Assistants Point of View at Primary Schools in Brno. Quality data (mostly description of the reports) that had been obtained through the focus groups with Romani assistants of the teacher were analysed, described and the aim was to explain the interaction (communication) with teachers. The transaction analysis was deployed. The analysis of the communication of teachers assistants was mostly focused on and the aim was to explain the core of the conflicts and misunderstandings that could be classified as interpersonal and that are really common in the everyday school life with a higher number of Romani pupils.
