Our motivation is to find the connection between considered occupation of the high school students and the results of psychological tests. The research was realized during seminar for the graduate students in their final year at the Masaryk University in Brno. We used following methods: Self Directed Search by Holland, NEO PI R by Costa and McCrae, IST by Amthauer (all in adapted Czech version) and self construction questionnaire on contemporary vocational situation.
