| Description | The paper deals with the topic of senior teachers' age handicap. It includes partial results of analysis of discussion in focus groups formed by selected lower secondary school teachers aged over 50. The authors present main identified categories, which represent age handicaps as seen by interviewed teachers and special attention is paid primarily to strategies of coping, which are: education, seeking assistance, compensation, fight and competition, escape and expecting appreciation. |
