Description | The authors focus on the improvement of quality of life by a renewed relationship of humans to nature in terms of its ecotherapeutic potential. The positive influence of nature on physical and mental health is examined in the context of environmental education and health education. The individual components of ecotherapy are related to the development of ecological feeling, ecological thinking and education for searching for the sense of life. To illustrate, they present results of a descriptive investigation exploring how student teachers for primary schools associate health care with relaxation in natural environment. |
