| Description | At the workshop we will learn to make a simple gasifier stove. As a fuel any dry biomass can be used. Heated biomass releases gases, which are mixed with fresh air and burn at the upper space of the stove. The flame can be used for cooking, than we extract biochar from the stove and use it for grilling or for other purposes. Adding biochar to the soil removes CO2 from the atmosphere, and improve soil quality. This technology was recently presented by our pupils at the GLOBE Games. |
