Description | This presentation aims to introduce the theoretical background that informs the development of CPV videoweb, an e-learning environment using videos for teacher education. Four areas that form the theoretical background will be shortly characterized (The Reflective Practitioner Theory, Observation as the „Silent Period“ in Teacher Education, Using Video Cases in Teacher Education, and Cognitive-load Theory)and the connections among them will be described. Practical implications of these four areas will be discussed. |
