Description	The chapter focuses on the role, status, aims and functions of the Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs. This is relatively new institution in the Czech Republic, which has been established in legal system in 2001. In general, the main aim of the Office is improving the legal services and also insuring efficient protection and economical administration of the property owned by the state. In details, authors concentrate on functioning of the Office in management of the state property and cooperation areas with the Supreme Audit Office.
