Description | The text is focused on the issue of teachers in the late stage of their career. It includes selected results of a questionnaire investigation aiming at identification of some aspects of their work. It concerns primarily subjectively perceived changes in selected factors forming professional self-concept – the sense of security, responsibility, usefulness, success and satisfaction. Attention is also paid to the perceived changes in relationships and motivation for continuance in the profession from the point of view of the addressed teachers. |
