| Description | This contribution strives to uncover and describe the variety of relations between school culture and two types of intentional learning, the individual and the organizational. Three possible options of the relations between school culture and the processes of learning are focused on. First, how school culture affects each of the mentioned processes is studied. Then the learning processes are described as symptoms of selected school culture types, followed by some remarks on the organizational learning as a process of change and/or development of school culture. |
