Description | The predominance of sitting in class and leisure in the later work, a forced position with excessive static load movement system, increase the risk of circulating, cancer and endocrine disorders. If this danger is recognized and addressed in time, gradually developing a medical disorder that would later get worse or fix, their progress is often painful, difficult and often correcting the long-term. This paper was the implementation of research probes and comparison of selected moments in the life style of pupils from mainstream primary schools and from schools with extended teaching of physical education. Using non-standardized anonymous questionnaire was approached by a sample of 204 pupils from three primary schools in Brno and multi-year gymnasium in Ivančice aged 14-16. One of the respondents attended schools with extended teaching physical education, the other not. Were evaluated (Chi-square test for key characters) selected folder lifestyle, ie. whether higher physical activity in school nutrition affects behavior, the overall exercise regimen, and minimizes problems with dependency behavior. Children attending schools with extended teaching of physical education, better comply with drinking (p <0.05) and eating (p <0.01) mode (the higher number of daily servings, the volume of fluid). They spend less leisure time exclusively sedentary, often engaged in activities outside the movement (p <0.01). Less often than their peers in mainstream schools without expanded physical education consume alcohol (p <0.01) and tobacco (p <0.01), prefer abstinence. In the sample, it was confirmed that a properly included and dosed school physical activity can act preemptively in selected high-risk moments lifestyle of children and youth. Obtaining and maintaining positive behavior patterns are applied only at school, but also in the family home and leisure. |
