Description Transnational state and the future of global society. Theory, reality, vision. The capitalism developed into a new chapter, the globalization, which reflects economical crises, political and military consequences of 1989 as well as 2001, concentration of global capital, formation of new global elites and their effort for management and institutionalisation of the new world order that has arisen. There are several perspectives: cosmopolite society with domination of justice and looking for consensus (Beck, Ferrara, Rawls, Habermas); transnational state relying on institutions of new economic and social structures (Robinson). The future of national state may be saved (Monnet) or it will be transformed to a mere realisation of the designs of global elites. The room for civic society and the active individual will be restricted and there is no new vision able to react to the new needs of global society.
