Description This publication deals with a problem of a mobbing or bullying in working environment. This study includes of the specification of the phenomenon of mobbing, its classification, indications and mentions available research and its results. Mobbing and bossing are described as undesired behaviour in school environment and is the key topic of this work, which uses the results of available related research of this phenomenon occurrence in Czech schools – this research is the first research related to this problem done in schools the Czech Republic. The goal of this research was quantitative mapping of general awareness and knowledge of this problem among Czech teachers using structured surveys, experiences, forms of mobbing typical for school environment, describes aggressors as well as possible defence and practices against this problem and last but not least the school climate. The qualitative component of this work evaluates the confessions of mobbing and bossing victims and touches the driving force for such violent behaviour. The research presented in this work results in mapping laws, on which the possible victims can rely in Czech juristic system and other strategic defence practices including possible preventive precautions.
