Description By plasma technology were prepared barriere (SiOx, Melamine, Parylene C), photocatalytic (TiO2), superhydrophobic (SiOx) and ultrahydrophobic (Nanoglass) nano-coatings on the polymer matrix and were evaluated their effect on increase of the resistence against CWA, oxygen and VOCs.
