Description In the chapter Prostředky humoru v pohádkách Arnošta Goldflama [Means of humor in fairy tales by Arnošt Goldflam] David Kroča deals with fairy tale of the respected dramatist and actor. The connecting element of fairy tale collections by Arnošt Goldflam Tatínek není k zahození [Daddy’s all right] (2004) a Tatínek 002 [Daddy 002] (2006) is a selfironic detached view with which the author made a brave daddy to whom he projected himself the protagonist and at the same time the teller of fairy tales. Among the basic traits of original poetics is the ability to create and maintain tension between sentimentality, irony and self-irony, the tendency to remove boundaries between the living present and miracles and also to make use, functionally and unexpectedly, of means of intertextuality.
