Description In addition to the type of substance addiction in a population increasingly present new types of addictive behavior, particularly related to changing lifestyles and use of new technologies. In 2009 an anonymous questionnaire with 21 items executed research probe into the segment of the population of university students in Brno. Were approached in 2475 full-time students from all 9 faculties of Masaryk University. Was mapped to game machines, computer or game console, mobile phone usage, internet usage, gambling, eating disorders, financial loans, internet banking. Another set of items to monitor the reasons that led the respondents to some of the activities described,their availability, attitudes to the selected potentially risky behavior. Questions were also focused on leisure, counseling and therapeutic services, their views on the importance of mainstreaming the virtual drugs to teaching at the University.
