| Description | The manual of tehe evaluation tool describes aims of the evaluation tool "Survey for teacherss". The manual includes description of structure of the tool, the process of adaptation of the tool for a each school purpose and the evaluation tool results, its limitations and recommendations for use of tehe tool, tool pilot study and demonstration of an evaluation report. The evaluation tool itselve is available to schools in electronic form on the portal evaluation tools. Its use requires an intermediate level of computer skills. The aim is to find out the opinion poll of teachers and non-teaching school staff on specific aspects of the school or get a recommendation before a particular decision in the further development of the school. Generally use the poll in each type of school (from kindergarten to secondary school). Polls set of questions for teachers to select the strives to meet the needs of management information for all types of schools that are the target groups the project. Under this evaluation tool so you will not find just one poll, finished or set of surveys. You will find a set of questions suitable for use and recommendations for the composition of the questions in one survey that can be addressed nepedagogickým teachers or staff. There will be also included recommendations for the case where the school would like to use a single question on a larger scale and make them enter a specific survey for teachers and non-teaching staff in school. |
