Description | This paper introduces the fourth phase of research on curricular reform at grammar schools. Concept analyses of realized curriculum from the subject and didactic point of view served as the theoretical background. The research questions were connected to how selected ideas of the curricular reform (such as key competencies) are reflected in the teaching/lear-ning process. The aim of the video studies was to capture the quality of opportunities for development of competencies in the teaching/learning process and to explore the possibilities of operationalising this construct on the level of actual instruction in selected subjects at grammar school. Even more than in the previous phases the video studies allowed exploring the aspects from the subject-specific didactic point of view. |
