Description | The chapter brings the summary of results that were obtained by analysing opportunities to learn, that are offered to pupils on primary and lower-secondary school level in the Czech Republic. In the chapter the partial results of the CPV Video Study project are presented. Opportunities to learn are seen as challenges that stimulate pupils to learn. The analyses are aimed at general didactic aspects of teaching: organisational settings of the teaching, teaching purposes and use of didactic tools and media. The results show similarities and differences in opportunities to learn that are offered on both school levels. In the chapter the specific methodological questions of the research on teaching at the primary and lower-secondary school are being discussed. |
