• Description: The presented monograph provides the summary of results of a series of empirical and theoretical research regarding the undegraduate training of general subject teachers. In Czech settings it is an extraordinary attempt to coherently work out the topic dealing with the teaching practice of prospective teachers. The objective of this work is to provide the detailed description of models of undergraduate teacher training (with emphasis on teaching practice) in the Czech Republic and abroad, but also to outline the ways towards so called clinical school.
