Description | A university teacher is a professional in the field which he/she teaches, but also in didactics of this field (in teaching his/her specialization). The basis of his/her professionalism is especially tacit (hidden) knowledge. It is based on reflected practical experience of a university teacher. Unlike explicit knowledge, it is more difficult to be expressed by words. However, even tacit knowledge can be shared mainly indirectly by means of common solving of professional and and didactic problems. |
