Description | The paper presents results and methodology of the evaluation of project plan concerning secondary education in the field of hotel management. The case study deals with the project held under Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness in the Hotel school Brno titled Implementation of the SEP of Hotel school in Brno. Evaluated project aims to build the hard platform (technological infrastructure) over the new educational tools (teaching materials, textbooks, software) to upgrade the overall learning process with their use. Combined study methodology and an extensive collection of primary data from the target groups is a possible approach to evaluate this type of project. The outputs are recommendations for streamlining the implementation process of SEP and the general principles of conservation and development of project outputs after the implementation process (sustainability), which can be applied in other similar projects. |
