Description The paper deals with possibilities of research methods and their application into the area of juggling. Juggling, as one of psychomotor physical activities, positively influences various function of man, such as coordination, fine motricity, concentration, rhythmical skills, etc. Within research inquiries conducted at the Faculty of Sports Studies in Brno we applied several test methods, as described below. The goal of our long-term research is to emphasize the positive impacts of this non-traditional physical activity and thus affirm its importance not only in the field of school physical education.
