The project deals with the research of psychological implications of job loss in the Czech Republic. The objective of the project is the investigation of the comprehensive effects of unemployment from the point of view of age, sex, level of skill and qualification and duration of unemployment in the following structure behavioural patterns-emotional analysis of the unemployed, individual life strategies of the unemployed when fighting the stress situation, impact of long term employment loss upon the physical and mental health of the individual namely upon an origin and a rise of deppresive syndroms, changes and turns in quality of existence of long-termed unemployed persons.
