We, You, They or the Festival of Creative Writing should enable the students of the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University as well as other interested from the same university to present their own work at the Faculty of Education, present it to their colleagues, teachers as well as to the invited public (either experts or laics. It should enable them to show how arts can influence listeners in their decision making, thinking about life, but also to increase interest regarding reading. An integral part of the Festival will also be specialised lectures from the field of creative writing, storytelling, further, workshops that should help those interested in the creative writing and storytelling to orientate themselves in the field.

Results

• A two day meeting of students (9-10 October 2009), who are interested in literary creation, creative writing and storytelling;
• Support of student activities in the field;
• Enabled students to present their own texts in front of public; try their ability to tell stories and verify the impact on listeners;
• Student met professionals in the field from the Czech Republic;
• Presentation of the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University in professional circles;
• Further co-operation with other faculties of education and JAMU Brno
• The third year meant creating a tradition of the said exhibition.
