In common educational process we can meet with many diffrent opinions on the fact that Czech teachers need some complex educational strategy for working with Romani pupils. The Strategy that would help teachers motivate their Romani pupils, and show the way how to communicate with them and their parents. There is a big gap in techers´ knowledge in ethnic minority. I personally think that the knowledge in ethnic minority expressively affects teachers´ choose of educational methods, process and the attitude to interaction among teachers and pupils. The project will be focused on the mentioned problem and I will try to build a partial part of education strategy for teh effective work for teachers and their pupils. The project presume continuing.
