Detail design and testing of a system for career advancing

This project is based on the necessary changes happening in the process of teachers further education. An essential element materializing such pernament changes at school is the teacher. Therefore, we consider the idea of joining teachers professional development with career promotion as very benefical as well as motivating them to increase the quality of their educational work which grows from future social needs. This project analyses the present situation, it will introduce a study on a conception of the solving of the system carrer promotion and will make it feasible to verify this system in cooperation with the Czech Ministry of Education (MŠMT)nand group of PE teachers from all the levels of schools in the Czech Republic.
