Popis Recent years have seen a significant expansion of interest in nanomaterials. One of the reasons for this is that nanoparticles exhibit a number of extra properties relative to bulk material. Some of these properties can be effectively used in medicine or in electrical engineering. Cu/Ni alloy nanoparticles we used two different methods of solvothermal synthesis - hot injection and continual heating. Ni(acac)2 and Cu(acac)2 were used as metal precursors. The alloys were prepared in a varying metal component proportions. Reactions were carried out at 230 °C under inert atmosphere. Prepared nanoparticles were characterized by DLS, SAXS and TEM to determine their size, shape and size distribution. The elementary composition was analyzed using ICP-OES. The presence of surface plasmon resonance was detected by UV-VIS. The results of both methods were appropriately compared.
