Description | Teacher´s identity is one of the key factors influencing the form and quality of educational processes. The paper presents the results of the analysis of teachers' narratives at a selected private alternative school. Interviews with four teachers from a selected private alternative school were collected and subjected to a thematic narrative analysis. The results show the professional and personal identities of teachers and focus mainly on the construction of the teaching team at the school in teachers narratives, in relation to which teachers negotiate their identities. |
