Description The process of formation the relationship of students to environment depends on the quality of teachers qualification to the implementation of the environment. The author describes the structure of eco-educational competence and special attention focuses on the development of value dimension in accordance with the present of the existing trend, the biophiled orientation of education. Its meaning is in the overcoming manipulative viewing of nature and primitive egocentric views and values. Identification of the typical experiential patterns of students of Primary Education and students at primary school follows the theoretical reflection of this issue.
