Christmas opening hours at PED MUNI 2024
Information about the opening hours of the library, canteen and gatehouses at the MU Faculty of Education.
PED MUNI is involved in helping schools in Jesenik region that were affected by the floods. Many of these schools will be coping with the effects of the floods for a long time, which makes teaching very difficult. Any involvement of MUNI PED students in teaching and supervising students is a great help for the affected schools.
PED MUNI is involved in helping schools in Jesenik region that were affected by the floods. Many of these schools will be coping with the effects of the floods for a long time, which makes teaching very difficult. At the same time, the staff of these schools have to balance the teaching in the current school year and the recovery from the floods. Therefore, any involvement of MUNI PED students in teaching and supervising students would be a great help for the affected schools.
This is volunteer help for which no financial reward can be promised at this time. On the part of PED MUNI, volunteers can be recognized for teaching in these schools as part of Teaching Practice 3, Coherent Teaching Practice 1 (Teacher Education for Primary 1), the Ped_Volunteering course and possibly other courses depending on the specific activity performed.
Volunteers will also be excused from teaching at PED MUNI if necessary.
We are currently seeking:
It is a three-day school in nature for children from the primary school in Jeseník. Volunteers will be teaching preparation for the entrance exams to secondary school and implementing leisure activities for ninth grade students. This activity is especially suitable for students of Czech language and literature, mathematics and social pedagogy. We prefer volunteers who will be able to participate all three days. Transportation, meals, and lodging will be provided for volunteers.
These are schools from the areas most affected by the floods (Jeseník Primary School, Česká Ves Primary School, Mikulovice Primary School and others). We are looking for volunteers to teach and supervise students in these schools. We are in demand for all apprenticeships for 1st and 2nd grade as well as teachers for kindergarten. Accommodation will be provided for volunteers.
We would very much welcome any form of your involvement. If you are interested, please apply using the form below:https://forms.office.com/e/fDbjNfv2re
We will then contact you with further details.
