plans and monitors energy consumption and creates the conditions for their economic use,

ensuring the operation of the gatehouses,

carries out operational repairs and maintenance of technical equipment, fulfils the requirements of departments and institutes for maintenance of their equipment, provides equipment for lecture halls and repairs equipment of teachers' and staff offices,

arranges and supervises the activities of companies providing various types of services, e.g. disposal of domestic and hazardous waste, cleaning of sewers, cleaning of buildings, maintenance of air-conditioning and thermal energy equipment, painting and varnishing, etc.,

cleaning and winter maintenance of pavements and courtyards of all faculty buildings, maintenance of lawns and greenery,

is responsible for the functionality of teaching spaces.
