Description Cummulation of vital structures is a characteristic feature of posterior fossa. Even when employing the possibilities of contemporary imaging techniques it is difficult to establish the structural diagnosis of neuroradiological lesion which may be important for therapeutic attitude. Posterior fossa structures are less frequent target of stereotactic surgeries due to the more demanding approach, but literature data confirm high diagnostic efficiacy of stereotactic biopsies even in this difficult area . The study aims to prezent the case report of a patient with infiltrative process affecting cerebellar vermis and both hemispheres when stereotactic biopsy established the definitive diagnosis.
