Description | In this article we think about pop songs in a foreign language teaching and try to give some practical instructions, how to use songs. After showing that pop songs can be a source of additional information and address the learner emotionally ,which show also results of research, is discussed selection criteria for pop songs and presented a list of selected songs of the German pop music scene. Then, methodological and pedagogical implications for the teaching of pop songs are discussed. The text is primarily aimed at practitioners interested. |
