| Description | Biorhythms are an essential attribute of life, play a vital role in the organization of living systems, control of their symptoms in the aging process. Are encoded in the genetic information of cells. Human biorhythms affected by many factors, such as age, mode, seasons, stress, medication, electromagnetic fields. In case of failure of internal biological clock may appear disturbed sleep, concentration, experience serious health problems that are difficult to treat. Knowledge about biorhythms can be advantageously used for the education of different population groups, also in employment and programming track day, which is very important in today's hectic and performance-based company. Proper timing of activities during the day and the quality of the rest of the week have the same meaning as a job well done. |
