Description The work deals with the application of exercise unit conducive to change body composition. The research was a priority measurement by bioimpedance method that allows us to ensure the results of the beginning, intermediate and final values, primarily focused on the distribution and growth of muscle and reduction fat mass. Many of the test subjects were overweight or obese I. by formula Body Mass Index, and the lack of active body mass. This guided movement unit group was carried out twice a week for 90 minutes. A dedicated training program endurance character was divided into conditioning - power part and the part of aerobic load. Research group composed of 10 male and female, who participated in the experiment, primarily due to strengthening the body and reduce fat mass. This research was carried out for 3-months and all participants successfully completed the program.
