| Description | Research analysis: The society is able to deal with emergencies of a local impact and short-term duration. We can state that lately in the world number of natural disasters, energy prices, debts, unemployment, social unrests, right-wing extremism, etc. have significantly increased. Large scale events and the interplay of other factors can lead to system collapse and chronic threat to the population. We suggest it is necessary to systematically prepare the population to such events, make people responsible for their own security and increase resilience of local communities. |
